Phase II: Acquisition Strategy: Cicero identified leading players within a specified industry space for the firm to acquire, given the established investment parameters. Based on its research foundation, Cicero was then retained to establish and develop relationships on behalf of the firm with banks, mezzanine funds and private equity groups to finance the acquisition of 40 to 60 target companies.
