The North Carolina State Board of Education recently identified over 100 schools who are qualified to receive additional support for school improvement. Dr. Hollie Pettersson is a Partner at Cicero Group, where she leads the K-12 education practice: Ed Direction. Hollie’s approach to solving complex problems is evidence-based, leveraging the practical experience and learning from school systems. She frequently writes about student achievement, educational improvement, teacher leadership, and social impact, including peer-reviewed and trade journal articles. Hollie has developed and implemented a nationally recognized instructional curriculum and programs. Hollie works with a variety of organizations, both public and private, performing program evaluation, leading change initiatives, and developing the next generation of educational leaders.
