Ed Direction has been approved as an official CSI Service Partner for Innovative Partnership Grants. The North Carolina State Board of Education recently identified over 100 schools who are qualified to receive additional support for school improvement. With this designation, schools will invest in professional learning, coaching, and other tools to ensure that students and families have what they need to experience success. Dr. Hollie Pettersson is a Partner at Cicero Group, where she leads the K-12 education practice: Ed Direction. Hollie’s approach to solving complex problems is evidence-based, leveraging the practical experience and learning from school systems. She frequently writes about student achievement, educational improvement, teacher leadership, and social impact, including peer-reviewed and trade journal articles. Hollie has developed and implemented a nationally recognized instructional curriculum and programs. Hollie works with a variety of organizations, both public and private, performing program evaluation, leading change initiatives, and developing the next generation of educational leaders.
